My focus is infrastructure reliability, backend performance, and engineering team growth. I diagnosed and designed the remediation plan for a critical database performance crisis — a multi-vector problem involving connection pool saturation across dozens of microservices, missing indexes on high-volume transactional tables, and lock contention from concurrent external payment writes. I consolidate cloud costs, standardize deployments, and align engineering decisions with regulatory and business requirements.

Led the full redesign of Helipagos' core payment button — a white-label B2B2C solution that allows each merchant to configure their own branding, payment methods, and national/international payment support. I authored the technical proposal, architecture design, and feature roadmap, then led a 3-person team to execute it over 3 months. The previous process required a developer to manually replicate views and deploy at midnight for each new client, taking up to 3 days per onboarding. I replaced it with a database-driven configuration system and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Ansible, reducing merchant onboarding to under 30 minutes with zero developer intervention in sandbox environments. Production deployments retain human approval as a deliberate security decision pending full regression test coverage.
