- The kick-off meeting does not come out of the first month’s hours

Diagnostic

Three weeks
What you have, what is missing and in what order. It is the way in to everything else, and it is built to be useful to you even if you hire someone else to execute it.
Includes
- Review of architecture, infrastructure and processes
- Interviews with the technical team and with leadership
- Report with findings ranked by impact and by cost
- Phased plan with effort and budget estimates
- Presentation of the results to leadership
Does not include
- Implementing the recommendations
- Certified security audit
- Data migration
- It is not credited against later phases: it is priced for what it is worth

Implementation
Quoted after the diagnostic
8 to 12 weeks per phase
Delivery with a team of two to four people and a lead who answers for it. Contracted phase by phase, not as one end-to-end project.
Includes
- Assigned team with a lead accountable for delivery
- Milestone-based delivery, each with a demo and sign-off
- Code, documentation and reproducible environments
- Handover to your team at the close of each phase
Does not include
- Post-delivery support: contracted separately

How billing works
- Prices in US dollars. Argentine clients are invoiced at the day’s rate or index-linked, agreed before signing.
- 30% up front on signature. The rest is invoiced per milestone completed, not per calendar month.
- Every quote is valid for 30 days.
- These prices are where the conversation starts, not a closed list: the final scope is written down before any work begins.
